Kerri Shadid has worked as a freelance writer for over a decade. Her articles have appeared in Edible OKC, Oklahoma Today, and Tea Magazine. She has written marketing and branding copy for organizations across the U.S. and around the world. She studied U.N. peacekeeping as a Fulbright student at McGill University and has a Master's in the Humanities and Social Thought from New York University. Her passion for food and nutrition recently led her to become a certified holistic nutritionist.
